At present one needs that the descending African population in the Americas and the Caribbean is approx 150 million. In Spain, the black community is the majority ethnic minority with near 2 million people. The black community in the world is but of 1,300 million people, 90% of their population survive under the threshold of the misery, the disease, the impact of the war, the armed conflicts, and like direct victims of political, systematic and structural racism, they are the excuse of many plagued governments who talk about the black community of good intentions that never are made reality and been informed to the rampante invisibility that has turned to them into transitory figures in historical happening of the societies.
