What is the Congress’ scope?
The Congress will focus on the role of public information in three areas:
1- The State as a provider of public information to lend transparency to its policies, develop democracy, and promote the development of Human Rights.
2- The new role of information units vis-à-vis Human Rights.
3- Citizens and the culture of Human Rights information.
